We will not post customer recordings or portions of customer recordings to our website, social media accounts, YouTube, advertising platforms, promotional materials, or other public locations without the customer's specific permission.
2. No Sale or Commercial Use of Customer Recordings
Retro Rewind Studio does not sell, license, rent, or commercially distribute customers' personal recordings.
Customer-provided recordings are processed solely for the purpose of providing the services requested by the customer, such as digitization, conversion, restoration, duplication, or delivery.
We will not use your personal home videos as advertising or promotional material without your permission.
3. Customer Information
Retro Rewind Studio will not publicly disclose, sell, or distribute customers' personal information.
This may include information such as:

- Mailing address
- Email address
- Telephone number

- Payment-related information
- Information contained within customer-provided recordings

However, when such material is present on customer-provided media, Retro Rewind Studio reserves the right to preserve, digitize, or retain the material as part of the preservation and digitization process.
The presence of broadcast or copyrighted material on a customer's recording does not give Retro Rewind Studio permission to publicly distribute or publish the customer's recording.
Retro Rewind Studio will not intentionally publish or publicly share a customer's home recording simply because it contains television or broadcast material.
6. Confidentiality of Customer Content
Our employees, contractors, and service providers may need to access customer media in order to perform the requested services.
Such access is limited to what is reasonably necessary to complete the customer's order.
Customer recordings are treated as confidential and are not intended for public viewing.
7. Security and Data Protection
Retro Rewind Studio takes reasonable measures to protect customer media and personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
However, no method of electronic storage, transmission, or physical storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Retro Rewind Studio may occasionally wish to use a customer's recording, photograph, testimonial, or other material for promotional purposes.
We will seek the customer's permission before publicly using identifiable personal home videos, photographs, or other private customer content for promotional purposes.
A customer may decline such a request without affecting the services they receive from Retro Rewind Studio.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy prevents Retro Rewind Studio from disclosing information when disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or other valid legal process.

Providing media to Retro Rewind Studio for digitization or restoration does not transfer ownership of the customer's personal recordings to Retro Rewind Studio.
